This group meets three times each week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (term time only).
Our Arts & Craft worker Louise Bassett-Watts works once a week with the Wednesday group. This remains a popular activity with the lunch club members and has enabled them to produce some wonderful art and craft work. In addition to this we are setting up an IT group which has been made possible by funding from "Awards For All". This has enabled us to purchase a laptop and work on this web site which everyone has contributed towards.
The Lunch club could not happen if it were not for the inspirational efforts of our team of dedicated volunteer cooks and helpers, so a big thank you to Robin, Beryl, Molly, Doreen and Viv for all your hard work and support this year and in previous years. Their commitment and enthusiasm is so valuable and greatly appreciated. Also, Rosamund Groves (Management Committee member) has volunteered in a relief capacity when we have been short staffed. Her commitment and enthusiasm, along with all our volunteers is greatly appreciated.
